FlamAid in the media: news, interviews and up-to-date facts
Updated 13 October 2026
In short: FlamAid is a Spanish personal safety company based in Barcelona, founded by Julieta Rueff (Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025). Its personal alarm goes off when you pull a ring: it sounds at 110 dB and alerts your trusted contacts with your location in real time. In Spain, the Premium plan also connects every alert to a 24/7 alarm receiving centre run by Grupo Control.
Some older articles mention details that have since changed (a price of 59.99 €, an iPhone-only app, police alerts "coming soon"). The current facts are the ones on this page.
